Terms & Conditions


"Administrator" means Corporate Rewards Ltd, programme administrator

"Programme" is defined as Honeywell – Switch on MK and all its component parts.

"Website" is defined as www.hwll.co/mk100

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to MK Electric‘s installer incentive programme, MK100.

This Programme is organized by Novar ED&S Limited (known as ‘MK Electric’) of Honeywell House, Skimped Hill Lane, Bracknell RG12 1EB.


By accessing or using any aspect of the Programme or Website, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and the terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability posted in the rewards page by the Administrator on the Website.  MK Electric reserves the right to amend or update any of the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without providing notice to the Participant. By using the Website, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.  


This Programme is open to Participants who are a resident in the UK or the Channel Islands and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Participants must obtain the prior permission of their employer (where relevant) to participate in this scheme.  This Programme cannot be combined with any other MK Electric programmes, offers or rebates. 

The Programme and its benefits are offered at the discretion of MK Electric and its affiliated companies, and MK Electric has the right to terminate the Programme or to change the Programme terms and conditions, rules, benefits, conditions of participation or rewards levels, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice  It is the Participant’s responsibility to maintain its knowledge of these terms and conditions.

Employees of MK Electric, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to participate in sales related Programmes.

Wholesalers, distributors, participating branches and their employees and employee’s family members are not eligible for the prize draws.

In entering, the Participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win. MK Electrical or the Administrator may require Participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Programme.



Participants can earn Scratchcards by purchasing 10 x Logic Plus 2G switch socket outlets (K2747WHI) at participating branches. Participants will receive a scratchcard and will be required to register on www.hwll.co/mk100 site. Each code qualifies the user for 1 prize draw entry.  Each entry will be entered into a prize draw to win a prepaid Mastercard® to the value of £100.00.

There are a limited number of scratchcards available and participants can earn scratchcards while stocks last.  MK Electric accepts no responsibility for non-availability of scratch cards whatsoever.

MK Electric is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any failure to follow Programme terms and conditions, any abuse of the Programme, any conduct detrimental to the interests of either MK Electric or the Administrator, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to MK Electric may result in the termination of his or her participation, the cancellation of accrued prize draw entries, earned prizes or benefits, or both.


Participants gain an entry into the prize draw which will take place on the 9th December. Deadline for the prize draw entry is 6th December at 11.59 pm

There is no limit to the number of prize draw entries per Participant.

A Participant can only win a maximum of:

  • 1 x £100 prepaid Mastercard® 
  • 1 x £100 Amazon evoucher or Sports Direct voucher
  • 1 x Costa e-voucher (up to the value of 1 drink of their choice)
  • 1 x £10 Amazon evoucher

The winners prizes will be delivered to an agreed address or email address depending on the prize. MK Electric may request winner participation in a photoshoot  and reserves the right to use these photographs, the winner’s name, and quotes in future press and marketing activity and not solely for the purposes of the MK 100 programme.

Where prizes require a winner to respond with further information, such as choice of prize or postal address, The Promoter will make two attempts to contact them via email and provide 7 days for them to respond to the second email. If the winner fails to respond in this timeframe, they will forfeit their allocated prize.

Fraudulent use of accounts will result in the account being immediately suspended.  Fraudulent activity may result in the termination of Participants account and the cancellation of accrued prize draw entries, prizes or benefits, or both. This is at MK Electric’s sole discretion. 


Personal data which you provide when you register for the Programme may be used for Programme communications and future MK Electric and its affiliates marketing activity. If you agree to this use, please tick the ‘accept terms and conditions box’ on the Programme website. 


Prepaid Mastercard® prize winners

Up to 100 winners will earn a prepaid Mastercard® to the value of £100. Prepaid card winners will be issued with a token via email. Winners will need to open this email and claim the pre-paid card. The email will be sent from notification@prepaidcodecenter.com on the week beginning 9th December 2019 with instructions on how to redeem a prepaid card.

Upon activating the Digital Wallet account and choosing a physical card, this should be received within 7-10 business days from the dispatch date.

Vouchers and Gift Cards

Amazon evouchers & Costa Coffee evouchers will be administered via email in 3 – 5 working days, following confirmation to selected winners.

Sports Direct gift cards will be delivered to a confirmed address via Royal Mail in 3 – 5 working days, following confirmation of winner’s addresses.

From time to time the retailers who provide the vouchers or gift cards may experience temporary delays in providing The Administrator with the stock of vouchers or cards.  In the event that delays will impact on The Administrator’s ability to deliver the Order as originally scheduled, The Administrator will advise the Participant and discuss appropriate actions.

In the event of a gift card or voucher being lost or stolen in transit, The Administrator will investigate whether the card or voucher has been used.  
a)    If the card has been dispatched via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Service and has not been redeemed, The Administrator will issue a replacement card
b)    If the card has been dispatched via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Service and has been redeemed the participant will be charged for a replacement card

Where a Participant reports a voucher or gift card as lost or stolen, the Participant acknowledges that a fee is deducted from the balance of the card for the issuance of a replacement. The Administrator is not liable for any refusal of a retailer to deactivate or provide credit or replacement of a lost or stolen gift card or voucher.  Once a gift card or voucher is delivered, the Participant assumes all risk and liabilities for the gift cards and voucher and no refunds will be made.

Programme termination
MK Electric or The Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Programme at any time.

Registered participants will be given written notice of Programme termination.


MK Electric is committed to integrity and upholding the highest ethical values. In compliance with MK Electric ‘sown policies and procedures and in line with global anti-bribery and corruption laws, the intent and purpose of this promotion is to build and maintain strong business relationships with participants to this promotion and is expressly not offered with any expectation in respect of obtaining or seeking to obtain undue influence or advantage.

The Participant undertakes that it will not use this promotion in order to obtain, retain or direct business or obtain any improper advantage, in violation of the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010 (the UK Bribery Act).

MK Electric and The Administrator will absolve themselves from any liability arising from any tax or National Insurance Contributions arising from this prize. Recipients are directly responsible for accounting for and paying to their local tax offices any tax liability and NI contributions or other local taxation arising on their prize.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this scheme or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Honeywell’s decision shall be final.  MK Electric and/or The Administrator reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.

MK Electric and/or The Administrator cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.  Participants in this incentive scheme agree that MK Electric and The Administrator will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit MK Electric or The Administrator’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
